Justin Yee, Physiotherapist struggles to find time to make remotely entertaining and hopefully useful physiotherapy videos. Balancing between a full time job as a physiotherapist, co running an online platform for kombucha subscriptions, being in a relationship, trying to keep up with my passion of rock climbing, participating in church activities, maintaining my strength and fitness at the gym, all while trying to get enough sleep, drink enough water, eat well and trying not to go insane.

I fell 19 feet, landed on my face but used both hands to brace fall. Right one tcc had some immadiate pain and swelled up in a day and i tore a small fragment of bone off in wrist. Left one had no pain until i started lifting heavier things again. Pain is finally going away now just over 6 weeks. Good video, thanks!
I was in excruciating pain but I used a cream medication called Rub A535 and applying ice pack and I can finally type on my phone I did a little exercise as well😭😭😭😭😭😭🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I injured my wrist 2 years ago playing football, only now that I was able to have 2 MRI’s and 1 Ultrasound to confirm it was an ECU Subsheath, surgery was recommended and physiotherapy ruled out, as it won’t benefit in anything whatsoever as the subsheath is now free to go of its tunnel when I move my wrist around, and no exercise will put it back into that tunnel. I will be seeing my doctor in 2 months to discuss if I want to go ahead with the surgery or not. I was also told it can’t turn into something worse in the future, no chances of carpal tunnel or anything worse, other than just live and adapt with it. I’d love to hear your feedback on this, Evangelist.

i injured my 4 weeks ago with the tendon subluxing when my hand was in neutral position. Now I can slowly turn to supination slowly without a popping problem. Going to PT but wondering what you original symptoms were and when did you see improvements/what kind?

I dont know how i incured the injury but i am struggling to play cricket specially, i am finding hard to bat😢😢😢
i had distal raduis fracture. I had to go surgery last month with metal plate added on fractured bone. Now I am seeing similar ulna bone bulging out on pinky finger side and it gets compressed inwards whenever I put pressure on it. Is it normal and it will go away after stiffness of muscles disapper because of surgery or is it a sign of worry ? Thanks !!
Is there any benefit to wearing a wrist widget/brace past 30 days? Or is it only useful during sport?

Hi, I have injured my wrist, consulted several docs didn’t help. If I hold a cricket bat it pains a lot when I meet the ball, but I can play badminton without much pain. should I rest it or can I continue with badminton, please advise

I’m a drummer and play shows multiple times a week sometimes for 4 hours at a time, and I don’t have the best technique but I feel that along with getting drunk and falling on my wrist probably did it, had a brace on for a month and been icing and not much healing so now I’m starting some stretches and gonna continue brace and ice and I’ll try to update but been really worry some

I got a lot of relief by cross friction across the pain zone, with a theragun to break up scare tissue. That alone helped with 80% of the pain.
Im convinced I have this but my dr thinks its ecu tendonitis but the compression part is exactly what I was doing with my track pad working all the time

How should I get my wrist properly diagnosed. Like if I go to the hospital, how do I get the doctor's attention to properly diagnose the issue as all the doctors just tell me a deficiency of vitamin and calcium. Should I just go for a MRI and will it be easily picked up in the MRI if there's a problem in my wrist. I've all the mentioned problems in your video. Exactly the same.

Thanks! Been at many doctors that suggested that I have ulnar nerve entrapment in elbow, but using your self diagnosis approach for wrist and bandage, alleviated the problem.
I have no idea how the hell I got this pain but it became more severe when I started doing arm wrestling training. I'll try this routine. Let's see what happens.

This pains been bothering me since last year
when I did a skullcrusher exercise with dumbbells,now i have popping in my medial tricep near elbow, then I can't even do push ups, it came out in my medial triceps, it hurts me a lot, how can I cure this with what exercises do you suggest? do I have to stretch or is there no other solution except surgery PLEASE REPLY BRO❤

i had a motorcycle accident last Feb 19 and I still got ulnar deviated (?) not sure but looks like it in ur vid. hope u could help me what to do it's almost 4months now
@_@ i do 50 push-up daily (with proper position) I do 40 leg folded push-up (with proper form) 500 jumps And 20 squats (with extra 15kg weight) 10 minutes of running. And a little weight lifting Doing it for 35 days already. My current weight is 84kg. Why is it that i can not do 1 single pushups? Is it because I'm a little fatty? Also to be honest i tried doing pull ups 30 days ago and it was a horrible failure. But now i can lift my self half way but then my hands become numb. Sometimes i get some horrible pain by lifting my self like that. Maybe it ll take like 2 to 6 month for me to unlock my first pull-up. I used all my freaking strength to go half way. 😅 Now my arm is feeling some horrible pain. So how much time do u think for me to take to unlock my 1st pull ups. :) it's hard to do pull ups. Atleast for a person like me (84 kg)
